this two and a half day training will give you a thorough introduction
to personal and professional coaching. Discover if this

course is a prerequisite to the Certification Course:

| 1. The Philosophy
of Coaching (Two and half day seminar) |

The
purpose of this module is to impart the philosophical essentials of
coaching. This class is designed to give students an in-depth
exploration of human dynamics and development--discovering the roots of
working with people in coaching. .Module studies include:

| 2. The Application of Coaching (4 week tele-class/ 90 minute)
|
|
The
purpose of this module is to develop the coaching methodology. This
tele-class is designed as a rigorous study of the practicalities and
effective applications of professional coaching. Module studies include:

Application of Coaching Methodology

Application of Cultivating Community and Communication Alliance
-
Application of Language Domains, Solution Language, Positive Psychology and NLP - Application of Live Coaching Call
Hours of training: 12 (hours include outside assignments)

| 3. One on One (Mentor) Coaching (6 week tele-class) |
|
The
purpose of this module is to broaden self-awarenss by enrolling in a
coaching relationship with a coach. This module is designed to
integrate the student to experience coaching. Each student works
individually with a certified professional coach. There is 1 intake and
4 sessions. .Module studies include:

Developing your Authentic Voice and Approach

Coach the Studnet Coach

Review with Mentor Coach (written feedback)
Hours of training: 6 (hours include outside assignments)

| 4. Peer Coaching (6 week tele-class) |
|
The
purpose of this module is to practice coaching with a peer in
preparation for Module 5. Each student will be a client and a coach to
a peer. Module studies include:

1 intake, 4 sessions with a peer

Use coach training material from Module 3

Review with Mentor Coach (oral feedback)
Hours of training: 6 (hours include outside assignments)

| 5. Practicum- Supervised Coaching (8 week tele-class) |
|
The
purpose of this module is to provide students with a structured,
supervised learning experience with classmates and enrolled clients.
This class is designed to increase each student's coaching abilities
and confidence as they enter the real world of professional coaching.
Students will acquire valuable experience and feedback as they continue
to develop and refine their coaching skills and abilities. Each student
must enroll 2 clients. Two of the sessions are supervised by course
mentor coach. Module studies include:

Enrolling Clients (1 intake and 4 sessions per client) - Case Studies

purpose of this module is to bring all the elements of the program into
a cohesive whole. This class is designed to complete each student's
training, establish foundations for lifelong learning, and equip
students to successfully step out in the world as a confident
