| Carl Casanova |

Carl
is the Founder and Director of THE CENTRE, and he also serves
as a course instructor and student advisor. For over 20 years
he has been in the helping profession—as a mental health
therapist, teacher, certified seminar leader, and professional
coach. Carl holds a Master of Science degree in counseling
from Oregon State University. He has taught, counseled, and
coached in the Portland area since 1992. Carl is renowned
for his motivational style and commitment to personal and
professional development.
As well as directing The Centre, he is an adjunct professor
at Portland Community College teaching communication and business
classes. Carl is dedicated to working with individuals and
organizations, inspiring them to achieve optimal growth and
ongoing success.

Shirlene
has been a business consultant, trainer and coach for nearly
a decade. Shirlene is experienced in the start-up and building
of organizations through the training, coaching, and motivating
of key-level executives and staff. Shirlene has the perfect
blend of real-life experience and professional training; not
only has she been educated in the principles of executive
coaching, leadership training, and business development, she
has had the opportunity to successfully assist building several
businesses by personally implementing these principles. Shirlene's
success strategies focus on coaching, visioning and goal setting,
compassionate business restructuring, leadership training,
and innovative marketing. Shirlene is a skilled facilitator,
highly organized, and totally committed to client success.
Shirlene is a Certified Professional Coach, holds a Mediation
Certification from Southern Oregon University and is a Certified
Course Facilitator for The Centre for Coach Training. Shirlene
also owns a consulting firm, Innovative Growth Solutions,
LLC, an Oregon City, Oregon based company that provides innovative
and cutting-edge coaching, consulting, and training services
designed to optimize success for organizations and individuals.

| Melissa Yeary |
|
Melissa Yeary is a Certified Professional Coach and a facilitator/trainer
in Human Development with a BA in Psychology, Sociology, and
Anthropology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She
draws on more than 15 years in the corporate world where she
developed systems, authored technical manuals, and built and
managed customer support teams in software companies.
Melissa has enjoyed the pursuit of personal growth her entire
life. She regularly teaches a class on using journaling for
self-insight, and has created her own style of journaling
from a variety of sources, including training with leading
journaling experts like Dr. Ira Progoff and a commitment to
the Artist's Way style of writing morning pages.
Melissa owns and operates her own life coaching business.
She offers a special emphasis on discovering and relying on
creativity and intuition to realize life-long goals and dreams.
